Grey Area is a lovingly converted ex-print factory with a number of versatile, ready-to-use spaces that offer an industrial blank canvas suitable for everything from photoshoots and workshops to corporate events. Available to rent short, medium or long-term and ideally located just 15 minutes from Dublin city centre with ample parking. Situated between the river Liffey and Phoenix Park, Grey Area also makes a great base for nearby location work.
